* Please note, you and your referral must leave an online review of your service before any funds will be released. The 5% is calculated off the total bill of the referred client. Maximum credit of $100 per referral. 

Splintered Forest Ambassador Program FAQs

  • Do I have to be a current customer of Splintered Forest to participate?
    • No, you can sign up for the program and start spreading the word/accruing money now! We will bank your earnings and credit it towards your project when you choose to complete it.
  • How much credit do I receive for each person I refer?
    • You will receive 5% of the invoiced price (up to $100) for each referral. Keep referring and save up to 50% on your project!
  • What must be completed to receive the credit?
    • The referral must schedule/complete their job with Splintered Forest and leave an online review of their service on either Google+, Yelp or Facebook.
  • How will I receive the credit?
    • After your job has been completed, your invoice will reflect the amount of credits that have been accrued with a discounted total at the bottom. Please note, you must leave an online review of your service on Google+, Yelp or Facebook.
  • How will Splintered Forest know that I referred a new client?
    • All they need to do is mention your name either on the phone or when they submit an online request – we will take care of the rest!
